I sent an email with the flyer to Heeseon Choi, curator at the Korean Cultural Center, 5505 Wilshire (about four blocks from LACMA). Someone should go there tomorrow. The center is a hub for the Korean community and would be a good start for any push eastward.

ReplyDeleteHello my husband and I drove through the streets of Koreatown today for like 3 hrs to help with the search. We started from the LACMA from Santa Monica down to Washington and ended towards Virgil ... up and down streets. We had no luck
ReplyDeleteLynda ... thanks for your efforts. Tomorrow we're concentrating on going back to LACMA area and go door to door of businesses to try and access their video tapes if they have one; this is per the PI's suggestion.
ReplyDeleteThank you to lola and your husband for your support and efforts. It's appreciated
ReplyDeleteIt's our pleasure to help just wished we could do more but since my husband is disabled, 3 kids and we live in the high Desert it's a little complicated but glad we were able to be there Tuesday night (Hollywood Blvd was searched by night) and Wednesday morning. We will continue to spread the word ..
DeleteThe Craft and Folk Art Museum does not have a camera in front of their building. I noticed the Peterson had one.
ReplyDeleteThis inspired me to send a flyer to the Japan Foundation at 5700 Wilshire Blvd. I sent the new one (V3).
