Plan for Saturday -- EARLY SWEEPS and other tasks (need volunteers!!)

Plan for Saturday (10/22):

·      “EARLY Sweeps” on foot of the area around the potential sighting: Two Groups

o   Group 1 meets at 7 AM. Group 2 meets at 8 AM

o   Both meet at Whole Foods at the southeast corner of 3^rd and Fairfax.

§  We recommend paying for parking in the north lot of the Farmer’s Market, entered from Fairfax just one block north of 3^rd

o   Contact for any issues regarding Early Sweeps: Will, 310-801-8576

·      Visiting stores in the area

o    We would appreciate people who could visit the stores that Nancy would have walked by last Saturday.  If you are available for this, please call Peggy at 310-990-0623

·      Follow-Ups with Stores who are reviewing videos

o   We also need people to follow up on video reviews promised to us, probably in-person.  Please come to Manzanita at 9:30 if you are available.

·      We have a small set of people already identified to stay in the area looking for Nancy.
