  2. We talked to the manager at the Fairfax and 6th 99 cent store. They gave us a number to get access to the security footage. 323-884-9950. This is Lauren and Paige Maltun. We are continuing on now

  4. We covered zone 5 talking to everyone we could, canvassing the neighborhood, putting up flyers, etc. Around 3:45 we hopped in the car and drove the neighborhood south to Olympic and through all the residential neighborhoods there. We turned back around 4:30 and drove zone 5 again very slowly and thoroughly. There is still a tremendous opportunity for more flyers through all these neighborhoods. Northrop's off Friday is this Friday. Maybe Paige and I could talk them into putting another email out to everyone with a designated meeting place and time for Friday morning so there is a clear call to action. I think if we can get a big enough group together we can massively flyer these neighborhoods and increase awareness. Please let me know if this is something you want to do and what your plans are for Friday.

  5. Richard and my area (#1) extended down to Wilshire from Fairfax to La Brea. We saw Det. Rosenberg at LACMA, about to talk to security! We also hit the main US Post Office (90036, on Beverly Blvd at Curson) and the USPS Finance Center (on Wilshire), as well as FedEX & UPS trucks, security and valets at various commercial lots, folks at assorted stores and cafes and museums, as well as checked in at the Olympia hospital and an Urgent Care on La Brea just north of Wilshire. We investigated the sighting on Genessee south of LACMA. Numerous neighbors who walk dogs were plied with flyers. The guy in charge of Page Museum volunteers (who work outside on excavation projects in the park) made sure that the volunteers were informed, not just security.

Heather & Ben (#3)covered Pan Pacific Park, but went above and beyond by also doing a bunch of driving around and checking on sightings.

The Nike Running Club organizers have several flyers and were going to inform their runners to keep an eye out tonight and on their individual runs this week. I promised to tell them when she's found... and that she and I ran our first marathon together.

That's it for now. I'll let Richard tell the story of how we did the work of Jesus and healed a woman's car...

  6. Heather (#3) texted to say she and Ben were doing a night-time sweep, focusing on 24-hour restaurants in the LACMA area.
