I haven't posted in awhile, so I thought I would just let you all know that nothing new has been happening.
We are continuing to call nursing homes in Southern California (Thank you callers!), and typically we contact someone willing to help by sharing and posting Nancy's information at their facility.
We also run a TV ad in Southern CA. I receive one to three "tips" a week based on this ad. Clearly, the most helpful tips are when they can send a picture as well, and the least helpful are the "I think I saw her last month somewhere ....". I do not think I have received more than one tip from a nursing home of residential facility, which is our best guess for where Nancy could possibly be.
We are continuing our efforts to "follow the money". Detective Rosenberger has written to the CA Dept of Health asking for help searching the MediCal database for all of CA, and they have agreed to look into this (busy over the holiday, etc.). Hopefully, we can break through that logjam soon.
Nancy's Remains Found. Nancy's partial skeletal remains have been identified. She passed in difficult terrain prior to March 11, 2017.
