We had a sighting yesterday (Thursday 5:52) at 4 PM at Mendocino Farms and checking security cameras as well. We've had a tip about sightings at 3rd Street and Fairfax at the Trader Joe's.
Another positive ID from a security camera from Saturday, October 15th at the intersection of Wilshire and McCarthy Vista. Nancy was stalling at the spot and we are following up.
Project Burrito distributed in Pasadena last night and are posting the flyer for all recipients to see. Project Burrito will be distributing burritos to 15 shelters tomorrow and will post flyers and keep an eye out for Nancy.
There were a couple of sightings on the MTA bus lines 780 and 720.
Patti rode her bike around Beverly Hills and came in contact with a bicycle group called BH Ambassadors. They are a social outreach volunteer service that will BOLO for Nancy.
Good Shepherd is having a feeding tonight and are on the look out for Nancy.
Walking Man flyer distribution will occur tomorrow with 10,000 flyers in a 1 to 1.5 mile radius of Fairfax and 3rd Street.
Nancy's Remains Found. Nancy's partial skeletal remains have been identified. She passed in difficult terrain prior to March 11, 2017.

ReplyDeleteBen & I are at Mendocino Farms right now, we just ran into two other search volunteers. Apparently the sighting was at 4PM yesterday (Thursday), not today. The security footage is being reviewed now.

You might want to contact the local Civil Air Patrol squadron. One of the missions of the cadet program is search and rescue. Also, I've seen a lot of Mormon missionaries walking around so you might want to contact the Mormon temple and see if they can have their missionaries keep an eye out.
